Running the Towpath Half Marathon on Sunday October 11, 2009. Based on Akron, I’m hoping to give 2 hours a go this time. If not, it will make for a nice training run since it’s on the trail I use on the weekends anyway.

It was chilly … No, it was cold at the start. All of 37 degrees. I managed to maintain right around a 9 min/mile pace after the first mile which was more like 9:40 because of congestion. I averaged 9:05 for a 1:59:04 which I’m very happy with. Not sure what is next other than relaxing in Hawaii !!!!
